This looks like a real taste of the Orient. It seems it's common nowadays to offer some Puer with tea tastings so people can experience it, often for the first time. That's a good thing. It'd be nice to see how you show off the Chinese tea ceremony. I assume you mean the Gong Fu brewing methods when you say it'll be part of the tasting. --Jason
